How does the tiramizoo Collect & Deliver App work?
- Download the app and use it without registration.
- Select your vehicle type:
- Van (max. 3,5 t)
- Large Van (max. 7,5 t)
- E-Vehicle (coming soon)
- Create a list of addresses. The app already provides recommendations as you enter the address. Routes with up to 10 addresses are optimised.
- Modify your list of addresses:
- add notes
- edit addresses
- set an address as start stop
- set an address as end stop
- Adjust stop times
- Delete addresses
- View addresses on a map
- Select your optimization:
- automatically sorting stops by shortest time and distance through clicking “optimize now”. If no start stop is chosen, the route will be starting from your current location.
- define the stop sequence manually according to your preferences.
- Start your automatically or manually optimized route by navigating to the first address/stop.
- Your prefered navigation app on your mobile device is automatically opened for turn-by-turn navigation.
- Mark the addresses as “delivered” or “delivery failed” and take a note in the app after delivery and continue to the next stop.
- You are free to manually change the stop order after having started your deliveries.
- After completing your route, you can share the report of your route. The report contains the time of delivery, the delivery status and the notes.
How are the stops optimized?
If no start stop is defined, the app needs to get the GPS data of the current driver location to create a valid route. The current driver location, together with the other location coordinates, is sent to the tiramizoo service to calculate the distances.
Does tiramizoo know my current location?
No, we do not track your current status.
Is the Collect & Deliver App conform with GDPR regulations?
Yes, the company behind the Collect & Deliver app (tiramizoo GmbH) takes customer data privacy and security very seriously, which is why our platform is fully GDPR compliant. GDPR compliance ensures we continue to deliver an industry-leading SAAS platform for logistic professionals in the European Union (EU) and logistic professionals who conduct business with companies based in the EU.
How are stops counted?
Each stop that is optimized and ready for delivery is counted, including final and starting address if set.
What happens if I exceed my optimization limit?
The tiramizoo Collect & Deliver App is limited to 10 stops per route. You are welcome to create a subsequent additional route with up to 10 stops afterwards.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, during the optimization a stable internet connection is required. In case you fetch your turn-by-turn navigation from the internet, a connection is needed as well.
